This Online and Self-Paced Course is aimed at Teens and Young Adults who are looking to take more control over feelings of anxiety.
This course is based on a Cognitive Behavioural Approach, helping individuals to better understand anxiety, thought processes, feelings and coping strategies.
The course is split into 5 modules covering:
-Recognizing Thought Patterns
-Developing Skills and Strategies
-Living a healthy and balanced life were anxiety does not control you.
In this course there are a number of videos, worksheets, journaling prompts and most importantly hands on tools that you can use today!
Anxiety does not have to be something that dictates your day. We can learn to control anxiety so it's not controlling you!
